There's a create a character contest on IGN where the winner receives a Scion car with $5000 credit to customize it.  You don't even need to own the game to participate now because there's an offline character creator for anyone and everyone to mess with.  I think you just have to register a cryptic account, and then you should be able to get the offline creator, although I haven't tried it.
