Cheese! What's your favorite?

I love cheese to the point where I think I'd die incredibly sad if I became lactose intolerant. So, what's your favorite cheese? I have a toss between Bri (actual Bri, not the fake crap most stores sell), White American when it's thinly sliced, and chunks of good ol' Cheddar cheese.

On a side note, I think it's hilarious that the first games added to this entry are all Guild Wars and WoW.

I have to agree with your statement there--yes sad, but true. My favorite casual cheese that I will put on an everyday sandwich, etc. would be Land O' Lakes Yellow American (sliced very, very, thin of course--thin to the point where a butter knife must be use to seperate).

Other great cheeses I love are sharp cheddar, mozzarella, ricotta, feta, bleu, monterey jack, parmigiana, romano, asiago, but not Swiss.

I don't know what it is called but it's white, moist and particley(lol). I'll try to find out what it's called. I usually have it on tostadas.

Okay, I think i found it and its called Queso Fresco. So freaking good.

When I was young (maybe birth-9/10) I drank milk with every meal, except breakfast. I loved milk, milk, milk. Contrary to Ron Burgandy, milk was never a bad choice. But then I turned lactose intolerant. I was crushed, I had to take lactaid pills with every fucking meal. Fortunatly, I grew out of it. But I don't like to drink milk anymore, I only have it in my coffee.
