Cheng Sinzan is a recurring rotund character in the Fatal Fury series. He wears round glasses, likes food and sweats a bit.

Cheng is an amiable Taiwanese millionaire. His love of food is one of his main characteristics. Sinzan is maybe a slightly jingoistic reference to Japanese stereotypes of neighbouring nations.

 His appearances between Fatal Fury 2 and Real Bout partly represents the expansion in character creation in SNK, beyond more obvious archetypes like boxers and wrestlers.

He is a charge move type character. He has both aggressive horizontal and vertical attacks. It is worth noting how similar his anti-air belly-flop attack is to the anti-air move E.Honda was given in SF2 Turbo.
