Chris was born into a military family and as he got older became a cocky but obedient soldier. He served in Delta Force, an elite group of U.S. soldiers. However, as he moved higher and higher through the ranks, he became more and more frustrated with the bureaucracy and inefficiency of the U.S. military. This led him into a series of serious conflicts with higher ranking officers before he finally left the military altogether. Because he was unable to leave the battlefield behind he became a mercenary with the same cockiness and a dark, cynical sense of humor.
He is the oldest operative at 35 years old and has been with Ex-Ops for five years. He is of American nationality and is fluent in Korean, which allows him to understand the conversations between Buford and his assistant in the first game.
In Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction, his strength was his ability to withstand more damage than the other Mercenaries, at the expense of being the slowest moving of the three.
In Mercenaries 2: World in Flames, his advantage is that he is able to hold considerably more ammo than the other two Mercenaries.
He is voiced by Phil LaMarr (Pulp Fiction, Futurama, Metal Gear Solid 2 & 4).
