Shutting down at the end of the year

I saw a note on the CoH website that said they were shutting down at the end of the  
year.  Champions Online has 'Transitioning from CoH' as a sticky in their forums.  I've 
been playing CO for the past few days & it reminds me a lot of CoH. The only problem 
is they don't have a Villains feature. :(
