No one, have you seen pictures for the Dragon Ball movie? Making a Final Fantasy VII live action movie would almost be 10 times worse.

The guy who plays L in the Death note live action movie. Obviously his hair will have to be changed

But really I think that a FF movie would have to be animated. Advent children didnt have a plot or story, but the action was kicka$$

would love a live action one, just i cant think of anyone who has the nuts to try a live action anime style cyberpunk movie with monsters, they would change too much for it to work. and that includes the guy directing dragon ball z...

I think with FFVII its possible but DBZ is like waaay too crazy. Dragonball Z like stretches its dialogue and stuff out so much. If they made a movie it would have to be self contained.

altho i dont think there should be a movie if there was then i would  agree with gupta the guy who played L in the death note movies would be perfect he looks kinda like him if he died his hair blond....but thats just my opinion there might be some one out there more suited for the roll. as for the dbz movie its on a fine line between being good and realy bad lol

Look at Advent Children. Great action, but the plot was so thin.

They need to have it be animated and get like guys who actually work with movie timings to get a story together. Im not sure which branch of SE does the anime like FMA and stuff, but Im sure theyre not too experienced with the time factor of a movie and how arcs should paly out in a time span of about 2 hours. ALso games like FF have lots of fiction and backstory and I guess Advent CHildren was jsut too hyped for it to be as meaningful as a direct FFVII sequel or even a remake.

It would have to be an actress, not an actor. No male actor could look girly enough to be cloud.
