The Cognoscenti is an incredibly rare car found in Grand Theft Auto IV. It is quite clearly based on the Rollys Royce Phantom and the Mercedes Maybach. The Cognoscenti is quite fast for a car this size. The handling is still quite heavy, but it works well. You can get a Cognoscenti from Pegorino's house in Alderney. There doesn't seem to be any other spawns for it.
The Cognoscenti can be found in a solid colour, as well as in a two tone version. Neither style is more common than the other.
Missions
The Cognoscenti is only used in one mission. It is the final mission of the game (Niko Bellic's story). The car Little Jacob lets you drive to chase the Huntley Sport is a Cognoscenti.
