Colonel Allende

Colonel Allende is a major colonel in the second area of Red Dead Redemption. He is eventually killed by John Marston and Abraham Reyes after a long battle between the Rebels and the Mexican Army.

He forces John to work with him as he promised that as long as he does it, he will hand over two members of Dutch's gang, Bill Williamson and Javier Escuella. However, he betrays him by having him killed in a church, but is saved by Abraham Reyes.
 
Next, Allende and Bill try to escape, but both were gun down by John.
