I have a 360 and pretty good PC it can play games like  KOTOR 2, and all the CIV IV's but it couldn't play World in Conflict. I'm not paying to upgrade my PC, so I guess my question is will I miss anything by buying it on the 360 as opposed to the PC, but if I buy it on the PC then I run the risk of it not working, and then having to return it.

You will be missing a mouse on the360. Kind of obvious answer here.

Pirate a copy for PC (no, you will not support EA's DRM by giving them money), see if it runs, wait what the 360 reviews say about the controls, then get that.

If it's an RTS game, and you're not buying it on the PC, you're doing it wrong ;-)

Im buying it on the 360. I think i'm one of the few people in the world who prefers the controller to a mouse and keyboard.  So yeah, I can't wait to get it for the 360!!!

I'd get it on the PC since its an RTS game and its universally known RTS games tend to be a lot better on the PC than on any other platform. Better visuals, better performance, better control scheme and the addition of mods when they get released makes it a wiser choice to purchase the PC version, DRM or not.

You have a good chance of running it. I am able to run it on a five year old PC with an x300 se.

I run it with 40+ fps, or at least it looks that way - pretty smooth. Looks pretty nice too...

There will most likely be a PC demo of this game. Get that to see if your PC will run it. If it does get the PC version. If it doesn't, get the 360 version. Simple.
