god damn once you get to 1,000 you can just right as long as possible and you get more and more points for how much space your words take up, there's no oversight for how much it should be worth.

You used to be able to copy/paste any amount you wanted and then delete them in a separate edit and you could keep the points. That's fixed now though.

No doubt that's how some people have gotten their score in the 10k range.

Not necessarily. Most people have gotten their points legit. I know I have. Besides from a bug giving me 900, everything is legit. I typed a few words for a page, and it gave me 900. So sometimes its not what it looks like. Plus once you get to 1000 its smooth sailing. My score doubled to 2000 in one day.
