Counter-Strike: Condition Zero

Counter-Strike: Condition Zero published in 2004 by Sierra Entertainment is an updated version of the original Counter-Strike featuring a new single player mode with objective based missions using new bot AI developed by Turtle Rock Studios. The multiplayer mode is essentially the same game as the original but featuring new tweaks including updated maps with new textures and new character models. Much of the new content was used in the Xbox version of Counter-Strike.

A second deleted scenes CD is included. This is the remnants of the version Ritual Entertainment were developing which was pulled after going gold due to being poorly received by reviewers. The deleted scenes offer a more traditional single player experience featuring a series of twelve missions with an additional six missions being offered over Valve's content delivery service Steam later on after the games release.

This game is the least populated of the three installments of Counter Strike with only around 2,000 players at any given time.

Single Player

The Campaign is split into 6 parts named "Tours of Duty" and each one of these parts include 3 maps. You must beat each map to progress to another "Tour of Duty", To beat one map you must be ahead of the Terrorists by 2 wins and You must have atleast won 3 rounds. You must also complete special challenges which involve tasks like getting a specific amount of kills with a certain weapon or winning around by defusing the bomb. If you haven't completed these challenges in your match, It will go on until you have.
