I was taking over a cell area and i was in a tunnel between two building and got shot by a rocket and fell through the ground. I was able to get video of me swimming around below the world with all the guys and buildings above me. Here is a video of it.
 
 

This glitch was in the first game.

I too have a Vizio of that model! Is yours a 37 inch too? Also have my Wii's sensor bar on top like that too.
