Crazy Earl is found hiding out in his scrapyard. He lives in a run-down house complete with a fortified door and a carpet that says "God Blesses This House. My [picture of an AK-47] Protects It." 
 
Crazy Earl is voiced by Randy Pitchford, president and CEO of Gearbox Software.
