    Arctic-themed Cryostasis has players explore a relatively faithfully constructed Soviet-era nuclear ice-breaker. Game mechanics include using heat and exhaustion to represent player stamina, using heat sources to regain this stamina, and the use of a flashback ability to alter the past.

    just happened to notice the steam price is 12.99, and its not even on sale!
     
    if your a PC gamer and love a good story and atmosphere pick up cryostasis, oh yea you'll need a pretty up to date system for it tough =/

    @captain_clayman:  yea I love cryostasis, but I can't run everything on high that game is really intense....but for me its one of those games where if you can run everything on max it adds so much more to the atmosphere.....not just more effects for the sake of effects....

    Gah, have the urge to buy this but my pile of shame is stacking up like crazy lately. I wonder if this is a permanent price drop or what.

    @Jman522: Well if it stays that way I have no problem waiting to buy it as I have a ton of other games to get through first, either way glad to see it drop in price that QL from months ago got me really interested in it.
