designed for pc's in 2020
With the amount of copies of the game pirated its no surprise its multi platform, looking forward to it
Is this where we'll begin to see the PC blow current consoles out of the water? I have a feeling this will look way better on the PC when it eventually comes out.
As badly optimized as Crysis was for the PC (and it was) I don' hold out much hope that it'll run very smoothly on a 360. Still I hope it does work well. I'd consider buying it for both if it comes out around the time I upgrade my PC
still waiting to buy my new laptop to try crysis, at least maybe this will remind steam to lower the bundle price to 30$ before i buy it
maybe this time it will reach a million before the first month, instead of having to wait almos half a year to reach that.
See, thats the funny thing about optimising your code properly, it runs better. Wait... That's not funny...
hopefully the console versions don't hold back the pc version in terms of graphics quality. but after killzone 2, i see no excuse in this game looking insane on ps3 too.
Only recently was I able to play Crysis 1, cause I just recently got a computer man enough to handle the task of running it on medium graphics settings (bear in mind, this thing is fairly cutting edge as far as gaming laptops go). Still, Crysis 1 was a blast, hopefully Crysis 2 will be more so. As long as it's not so incredibly resource-intensive it actually makes my computer melt, I'll check it out.
I've always wanted to play the first Crysis but I didn't have a powerful PC.
It's great to hear them bringing the Crysis 2 to PC, PS3, and 360
SO to someone who didn't play the first game, What do you guys think the results will be of the sequel being multiplatform? I know it was pretty acclaimed on the PC so I don't know what to expect as far as the 360 version. Predictions?

It looks good, Killzone 2, but Crysis has got, fairly obviously, better graphics.

Yeah I mean $400-$300 Console vs $5,000 PC. Gee I wonder who is going to win.
But whatever; not about to have an "is it worth it" argument, because I realize the answer to that totally depends on personal need. I just hate the misconception that Crysis absolutely requires a multi-thousand dollar machine to play.
