Two variants of the game, Westward Ho and General Retreat, were released by the game company Playaround after Mystique went out of business during the games crash of 1983. Westward Ho added an animation to the Native American woman in which she waves for General Custer to have sex with her (thus silencing critics of the game who felt strongly about one of the central themes of gameplay involving rape), and General Retreat changed the game so that the Indian Woman had to dodge obstacles in order to have sex with General Custer.

Custer's Revenge is a pornographic videogame created for the Atari 2600 by Mystique. The game is quite simple; the player, as a naked, fully erect General George Armstrong Custer, must dodge obstacles in a western setting in order to have sex with a busty, also completely naked Native American woman on the other side of the screen.
