Overview
Cyrus Temple is introduced as the leader of STAG in Saints Row: The Third. STAG, or Special Tactical Anti-Gang, is a government sponsored military organization designed specifically for the purpose of eradicating extreme gang violence by fighting fire with fire. However, when the Saints prove too troublesome even for STAG, Cyrus goes to extreme measures that threaten the entire city of Steelport. In the end, the Boss puts a stop to his plans and brings an end to STAG, saving Steelport in the process.
Saints Row IV
Cyrus reappears briefly in Saints Row IV in the game's first mission. Now a villain with a nuclear warhead, he's once again defeated, but not before launching the missile. The Boss, however, disarms the missile, saving countless lives.
Cyrus is also the primary antagonist in Kinzie's loyalty mission. He is on a stage spreading propaganda while The Boss must cut the speakers that spread his message to the crowd. After doing so, The Boss will engage in battle with Cyrus. The only weapon available in this specific simulation is the Dubstep gun, which The Boss can use to eliminate Cyrus.
