    Overview

    DeChant was apart of the North American Branch of the BSAA. He lead his ALPHA team through Kijuju to try and uncover a possible arms smuggling operation lead by Ricardo Irving.

    As he begins to narrow the trail, Ricardo lets loose a strain of the experimental Uroborus virus, created by Albert Wesker, which tears DeChant and his team apart. He's able to hold onto life until Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar arrive; he exclaims that they were set up, but finally gives up the ghost.
