    Short summary describing this person.

No recent wiki edits to this page.

Dan Marshall is a BAFTA-winning independent game developer. Marshall started making games as a hobby whilst still working a television production job. Upon the completion of the development of his latest game (at the time) and with a contract lined up to develop a sex education game Privates for the British television broadcaster Channel 4 he decided to change career path and become a full time independent game developer.

Marshall's games are often feature a humorous tone throughout. Growing up he played a lot of Tim Schafer's adventure games (also known for their comedic nature) which severed as an influence but he also credits a lot of comedic roots to television. Rik Mayall, Ade Edminson as well as Stewart Lee and Richard Herring are all comedians he states are influences on his writing style.
