Dana Wilkerson is a retired professional basketball player. Her lone acting credit came in 1994's Slam City with Scottie Pippen. In this FMV-based game created by Digital Pictures, Wilkerson plays a no-nonsense street basketball player named "Juice". Wilkerson also shows up in several cut-scenes as Juice while the player is playing games against the other four characters. She is the only female opponent in the game.

Wilkerson was a standout basketball player at Long Beach State College. She was inducted into the Long Beach State College Hall of Fame in 1998. She played two seasons in the American Basketball League, a professional women's basketball league in 1997 and 1998.

During Wilkerson's basketball career at Anderson High School in Anderson, IN before graduating in 1987, she scored a total of 1,692 points, which is still a school record to this day.

Wilkerson is currently a physical education teacher and Girls Athletic Director at Lynwood High School in Lynwood, CA.
