    You have to shoot the tail of the dragon with a bow about 25 times while you stand underneath the bridge. It will just automatically put it in your inventory after that. There are a lot of videos of it on youtube as well.

    Shoot the red dragon's tail underneath the bridge with about 20/30 arrows, you'll get it.

    You could better have asked this in the beginners thread though, saves some space on the board.
