    UI worse than Demon's Souls?

Is it just me or is the UI so much worse than Demon's Souls? Where can I see how many souls I need to get the next level without having to have at least that amount already? Why is it so hard to see the required parameters of each weapon? Am I being dense or is this displayed in nowhere near as intuitive a way as before?

I've noticed the lack of info regarding how many souls are required, the weapons are easier to read however.

Either way this would be nitpicking and doesn't matter in the slightest.

@Vitor: The only thing different is, yes, it doesn't tell you how many souls you need for the next level.

Other than that, the UI looks pretty much the same to me. You can view the required stats for the weapons by hitting Square/X. Same as Demon's.

It's annoying when you accidentally reset all the enemies in the area because you just wanted to level up quickly only to realise you're a few hundred short.

I just feel a little bummed because, despite everyone raving abut it, I just can't seem to connect with this game as well as I did with Demon's Souls and it's little things like this that are putting me off. It doesn't mean much by itself, but all the niggling issues are getting to me.

Well, does it really matter? Cause even if you KNEW you were a few hundred short would you not run back and respawn the enemies for quick souls? And even if did know, you'd have to go back anyway respawing the enemies in the process.

I love this game, and as someone who has played Demon's to death, I can say will full cofindence this is the better game. Just keep going man.

It's a minor thing for sure, but I also would love to see how much I need. Makes it easier to plan if you want to use one of those soul containers or not, and if yes which one would be most appropiate.

I won't stop, don't worry. Only 3/4 hours in after all. Just not having the same insane desire to keep going that I had with Demon's Souls. Then again, that felt so different to anything I'd played over the years that the originality probably helped hook me in, something that was bound to suffer the second time in.

Had a great time teaming up with people online briefly yesterday and taking out the Gargoyles. Finding it near impossible to summon dudes into my game though.
