    Yeah.. I'm now considering changing my pre-order to Bayonetta since there is no demo.  I was really looking forward to the game.

    The reviews are solid.  Nothing lower than a 70 with a metacritic score of 86 on the 360 and 88 on the PS3.  That's not bad.  Bayonetta is scoring higher with a 93 on the 360, but these are two totally different games.  I wouldn't not buy this game because it doesn't have a demo.  Instead, pick which one you'd like more dependent upon the gameplay.
