I have never once in my whole time playing PC games come across a problem that literally didn't have a solution, but I've finally found one. The PC port for this game has an annoying stutter in the cutscenes, they also aren't synced up so audio and video don't match. I have tried every single possible solution that has come to my attention and nothing works, nothing. This is the first game that has ever given me this much trouble. I'm thinking I should stay away from PC ports from now on and just get the console version because this is super lazy. I have a limited bandwidth and I wasted 10 gigs on this and can't play it.

Well, that's my rant, has anyone gotten this issue fixed? because for the life of me I can't find one, and I've spent 4 hours trying.
