Recently the ESRB posted a re-rating for Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors which was originally ported to the PS in 1996. No news on release date or if its anything outside a direct PSone Classic download.

It has already been confirmed as the psone version.

why cant they port the PSP Darkstalkers collection and throw in some online, for good measure?

It's costly - it would look terrible on PS3 without considerable re-working.

The PSP game is already online via Ad-Hoc Party.

I'll buy it just to show support for the franchise even though I own it already. If Capcom would only release Vampire Chronicle for Matching Service (Chaos Tower for psp) on PSN and give it the same treatment as Third Strike Online I would be a very happy DS fan.
