    Is this in multiplayer or single player?
     
    In multi, you use the Y button to get all the multiwinians around it to jump in and then y at desintation to jump out. Not sure about single though

    In the campaign you can cycle through the Armour's modes (Load, Unload, Nothing) while it is stationary by hovering over it and pressing Y.  While the Armour is selected, you can press X to give it a move order.  You can then cycle its action (Load, Unload, Convert-to-Turret, Nothing) when it arrives at its destination by hovering over the move-to flag and pressing Y.  Once you've converted it, the turret can no longer be moved, only destroyed.

    What Rocket said - once you place down the movement marker you can change the action on the marker youwant the armour to follow when it gets there... I had to look that up too.... was driving me crazy.
