Your petition is wrong. No publisher can be the death of the Wii.
The death of the Wii is going to be the next Nintendo console.

At first I was like naaah, but then I checked out on Wikipedia the games they made. Action Girlz Racing? Anubis II? Ninjabread Man? Holy shit these guys have made some terrible games. They are a crime against the industry and they need to stop.

Surely just not buying the games will cure the problem. Personal choice and all that. If their games are so bad, real gamers who check opinions and reviews won't touch those games and casual gamers buying them...well its their cash and their misfortune.

You're assuming the industry is about you, the consumer. That's not how corporations work. If enough people are buying these "Data Design" games, why should they stop? And besides - you're not in the target audience. There's lots of families who can't tell the difference between Wii Sports Resort and Wii Kidz Sports. For the most part, Nintendo is marketing the Wii towards that audience.

If Nintendo hates its customers enough to allow this developer and many many others like it to keep making this shit shouldn't we be angry at Nintendo.

Either way, Data Design is scamming money off stupid people so they get my vote of approval.

I'll sign it. And I'll keep signing these petitions in hopes that they finally get somewhere. Maybe I should start a petition to get the petition authors to finally put these petitions to good use.
