He programmed the AI for the 1997 classic RTS Age of Empires as the official technical director at Ensemble. He was the Lead Programmer of the 2005 best-selling RTS: Age of Empires III and was the Director of Technology for Age of Mythology. He's currently working on the design for the upcoming Xbox 360 RTS: Halo Wars.
