David Beckham is an English professional footballer, who plays in the right of midfield. He currently plays for the LA Galaxy.

Club Career

David Beckham made a name for himself playing for English club Manchester United from 1993 to 2003. In the summer of 2003, he completed a high profile transfer from Manchester United to Spanish club Real Madrid. In the summer of 2007, he made the move from Europe to the United States to play for the LA Galaxy. In early 2009, he was on loan to AC Milan in Italy. He will return to play for AC Milan in January 2010.

International Career

David Beckham made his debut for England in 1996. He was a regular in the team until becoming captain in 2000. Although he is no longer the captain, he still is regularly part of the squad, and currently has the most career appearances for England after surpassing Bobby Moore in March 2009.
