David Wise
David Wise is a former Rare music composer, most famous for his work in the Donkey Kong Country series, Diddy Kong Racing, and Star Fox Adventures.
Overview
David Wise started his career at Rare in 1985. Until 1994, he was the only musician at the studio. He has composed the soundtracks for numerous games over the course of his career including Rare's Donkey Kong Country (Franchise) trilogy. Following Rare's acquisition by Microsoft, he stayed with the company until eventually going independent. His most recent credits include the independent game Tengami (Game) and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, the second game in the revived series by Retro Studios (Company).
