Pretty cool little app lets you adjust a lot of the visual settings in the game without having to dig through .ini files to do it. Let's you set FoV, AA, Black Screen fixes and some other fixes that make the game look and run a little better. They're updating the software about once a day from what I can tell, definitely has been helpful making it look a lot better.

Is it literally just a GUI for the games settings.ini? Why the flying fuck isn't it just rolled into the game or at least a launcher?

Pet peeve: It's only called an "app" on smartphones. On a legit computer, that shit is a full "application".
