Sure this is simple Action RPG but there is some LOVE put into this game.
-Great graphics
-Simple mindless run and gun (good)
-Varied Weapons
-Fun RPG element

I am biased towards Action RPG, but still I thought this was at least a 3 star game. I would give it 4 stars because I love the genre.
There's no denying that the game industry is pretty saturated with the "living dead" right now. With the Call of Duty "Zombie Nazi" modes, Left 4 Dead, Dead Rising, and Rockstar's Undead Nightmare pack for Red Dead Redemption all making a showing, Housemarque was going to have a tough time marketing yet another zombie game in a sea of the undead. Thanks to the Sony "Welcome Back" program, I got my hands on Dead Nation. So, thanks Sony. But let's get down to the review. Dead Nation is a dual-joystick shooter set in it's own variation of the zombie apocalypse.
