The game is just dumb fun for me. The waterskiing and volleyball are fun to play, nothing too deep but easy to get into. The collection aspect can be tedious as are all the achievements. Visually still one of the better looking games on the 360 I think; and while the ribbon hair is overly comical, it was at least an interesting experiment in rendering hair. Besides, any game with a butt-battle mini game deserves a look.
The real disappointment for me with this game is no local multiplayer. Can't jetski against anybody locally, and the volleyball is only for one player as well. Even the original Xtreme Beach Volleyball for Xbox had local multiplayer for the volleyball! With Itagaki gone now I really can't imagine what Tecmo might do with the series, as Dead or Alive was Itagaki's creation and vision (Xtreme Beach Volleyball was just one of his pet projects).

Not really, if you go get it and the guy at the cash register gives you a funny look just look at him and say... "Duder... Boobs..." and he'll probably just nod and reply "Duder... Boobs."" I don't have the nerve to go get it. Would be more embarrassing than buying pokemon games. "
