    The downloadable prologue to Dead Rising 2 (exclusive to the Xbox 360) gives players a taste of the new "Combo Weapon" mechanic, as Chuck Greene must escape the zombie-infested rural town of Still Creek while preventing his daughter from succumbing to the zombie plague.

    Anyone else bummed out by this? In the first game, they didn't disappear that quick.

    It only happens rarely for me, I've travelled quite far away and returned to the bodies still being there.

    I've seen them disappear right after being killed. Total bummer, but doesn't happen that often. Hope I still get my piles of re-dead bodies.

    Seems inconsistent. Sometimes they disappear after 2 seconds. Sometimes I'll turn around and see corpses that I shot down 30 seconds ago, even after shooting plenty of other zombies ahead of me.

    Might be different in the full game but for this quick game I'm sure they cut as many corners as possible to keep the size down for other things.

    Yeah I'm expecting the bodies in the full game to disappear after much longer considering this is only an Arcade title, you can't expect too much from it.

    I've noticed that the ones that disappear almost immediately are the ones that ragdoll, most likely to maintain performance.
