Does the GAMEBREAKER pack allows you to freeze the game clock?

Curious if this allows you to freeze the game clock and finish the game. Im aware of the Sanbox mode but want to see if this would make it easier to get past the actual story, etc.

I dont know, but It dosent let you save the game.
