    Dead Space 2 is the sequel to the 2008 surprise hit Dead Space. The no-longer-silent Isaac Clarke finds himself trapped on a city-sized space station called the Sprawl, which has been overtaken by another Necromorph infestation.

    Anyone else tried a speed run?

    I just finished a speed run on casual, just running through as much as I could and only fighting what was necessary. This was done on a new game+ with the handcannon (was a speed run afterall) and it was pretty enjoyable, getting hit by those spitters was extremely annoying though.

    02:38:54, I'm going to do a fresh game one and see how the times compare. I was surprised at just how much of the game can be skipped, some of the toughest encounters can just be ignored completely.
