Seriously.
One of my favorite parts of the first Dead Space was when Isaac swings his weapon or boot stomped. The voice actor captured a perfect desperate-frightened cry as if he was shouting at the Necromorph 'JUSTSTAYTHEFUCKAWAYFROMME!'. I thought it was pretty realistic and was wondering; is that kinda stuff and the general desperation of Isaac captured well in this sequel - or is it more, shall we say, hollywood(?!) this time?
Dead Space 2
Game » consists of 18 releases. Released Jan 25, 2011
Dead Space 2 is the sequel to the 2008 surprise hit Dead Space. The no-longer-silent Isaac Clarke finds himself trapped on a city-sized space station called the Sprawl, which has been overtaken by another Necromorph infestation.
Does Isaac Clarke do those sweet shouts when you melee?
I think it has a bit of both. At the start of his stomping spree it is the sounds of a desperate man. Then near the end of it he may shout the word "fuckers" or something similar, adding a sweet end to the experience. You can do it again and again.
I can just picture a whole series of parallel universes in which everyone's Isaac Clarke is standing in the middle of abandoned space stations and mining vessels just swinging, stomping and screaming his little head off like a madman!
Also, I ended up NOT purchasing it on the first day due to my mistress, who goes by the name 'Mass Effect 2 for the PS3' wouldn't let me.........................................................but soon for sure.
yes he totally does, you have to repeatedly hit the stomp or melee button like ten times or so and he will start cussing
I distinctly remember stomping a necromorph about 10 times and at the end it sounded like a veeeery light "mother" then FUCKER.
