You're asking if you should buy the game based on custom tracks? And If you were going to buy it anyway then why should it be important to know before you buy it?

Why would you want to play your own tracks over an amazing soundtrack anyways? The music is the reason you get so pumped when there are enemies around.

I can imagine a custom radio station in GTA IV, but custom soundtrack in Dead Space? Why would you want that? You wanna replace the spooky music with Daft Punk or something?

I have no idea if this game supports custom soundtracks, but if you plan on playing this game while listening to anything besides the in-game audio then you shouldn't even bother playing the game.
