I had just beaten it... I literally couldn't stop playing it. it was so damn good. One of the strangest video games ever made. great voice actors, great story, and I really liked the combat myself. (RE4 feeling really.) Driving was... weird. But DAMN. Just... DAMN. If you have not gotten it, it is just 20 bucks, that is just 20 dollar menu items for a freaking 30 hour great game! 
 
Although, I do have a few questions which I will list in spoilers. But anyways, is the guy who made this game making ANYTHING else. because that will be the fastest preorder I will ever make. Now onto questions, warning, there be super spoilers and personal theories.

2nd: It was george. Maybe he went to the washroom or something. Emily would probably accept that as a reason for George to disappear. It still wouldn't explain how he got back outside so quickly though.

3rd: The first Raincoat Killer was Mysterious Capitalist's father, or whoever he said it was. There's no reason to believe that he was lying there. I guess the Raincoat Killer gene runs in the family.

6th: Evil military project. It was likely that Kaysen himself was responsible for that.

7th?: Emily saw the zombies due to the poison gas, since she was right in the building where the poison gas originated.
