Depends what i'm eating. I don't want to dip my chips in mustard or put hot sauce on my hot dog, it's hot enough as it is.

Mustard is the worst, so I'll need to go with hot sauce.

I've not met a mustard I didn't like.  I can't say the same for hot sauce.

Um...I don't think hot sauce exists in my country, so mustard.

There was a time, when I would have said mustard. That time was soiled when McDonald's stopped producing their Hot Mustard Sauce in my area. I was never the same. 
 
I took solace in Grace's Hot Pepper sauce and I've never looked back. I love hot sauce and I'm damn proud of it. Even if Hot Mustard came back I... don't know that we could make it work. Not like it was.

Hot sauce, goes great with almost everything. Mustard is for a more specific group of foods, but I love it, from standard to Dijon, it's all good.

Mustard. Yellow, honey, dijon, or sweet onion they are all delicious, I have made multiple meals whose only purpose was mustard delivery.

Kinda depends on what I'm putting it on.

I don't put hot sauce on any of my food, but I love foods that have hot sauce on them. Hot wings, for instance.
 
Mustard is good, but it's no hot sauce, or even steak sauce. Yum.

A Hot Mustard Sauce would end the dispute forever. I prefer mustard.
