It got me interested in this game.  Is it good?

I guess it's because fans of the P4 ER demanded a new ER and they thought that it would be fun to endure a terrible game
 
So to answer your question, the game is terrible but funny

Basically the endurance run is for a game where they know they aren't going to be playing personally at home, but are somewhat interested in it. Just like P4, they had it sitting around, and they knew they weren't going to play it at home, or had time to play it. So they decided to play through the game in the office.

Because the game is absolutely hilarious in many intentional and unintentional ways.  It's just ripe for jokes from the guys.

A) We asked for a new one 
 
B) Its a game they "probably never would've played by themselves"  which was the reason for the P4 ED.

I don't know, but I'm glad it's not Persona. I hated that ER, but now I'm sort of enjoying ER.

it's a different game at a different pace.. it's also a game that has plenty of charm in it(for different reasons again...) 
 
that usually makes for an entertaining ER

Because everyone and their mother asked for it.
