Does anyone have a trick to beating this guy? I have been stuck on him for about three days now and seem unable to understand what I am suppose to do.
Any suggestions?

This.
No wait, this:

It took me about 20 tries. But then again,
I used a grenade at the very beginning, then laser rifled him. I found that just standing in a corner of the room and looking down the hallways for him worked pretty well, too.
My other big promblem is the fact that my biochip is killing me, is there no way to undo it once you have gone to the clinic?
Dude, spoilers.
I just shot him when he was vulnerable (he just leapt over a wall etc.), hid when he wasn't, and ran to the opposite corner of the room when he got too close/threw grenades. Pretty much the same tactic that I used for the other bosses in the game...

My Augmentations were turned off (And even if they would work, I didn't have EMP Shielding or Implanted Rebreather) and Namir was almost impossible to defeat until I figured out a viable tactic. The trick I used was that I ran to cover as soon as I could - I noticed he would always come at me from the long part of the hallway (So I only had to keep my eye out on one side of my cover) and then I kept close watch to see him approaching (Because he was cloaked I could easily miss him). When I detected him I threw a Concussion Grenade and unleash some lead. And after a while, I managed to do it. Luckily I had a lot of Alcohol with me (That I consumed prior to the battle so I was back to normal when the fight started. Having my Augmentations disabled was bad enough, being drunk on top of that would be nearly unplayable.).
So that was the end of Jaron Namir.
First time around on normal I had the see through walls aug and ther laz0r, which made the fight hiiiilarious.
Second time around on hard with augmentations disabled (on purporse) I just shot 6-8 grenades into him so he went down in under 10 seconds
on medium with augs disabled (i knew it was a bad idea to go to the clinic but did it anyway) i just shot him about 6 times with a mostly-upgraded revolver each time, he flinched and didn't have time to attack me. almost there on hardest but this time i didn't go to the clinic.
If you let him jump over the walls (the one in the center) and keep going back and forth, he will keep jumping over the wall and you can just unload on him and move when necessary (took like 5 minutes maybe, got instakilled by the plasma rifle once because i wanted to see how much damage it did.
i took him out last night on hardest — after a few unsuccessful attempts where i'd just loaded up on alcohol, painkillers, and proenergy bars and also readied my fully-upgraded revolver before triggering the cutscene, i tried turning on cloak right away and despite my not moving from my original spot, he seemed unable to shoot at me. he did throw grenades once though. i came out with about 50 health and 2+ cells of energy.
This boss is fucking broken. I have no good mother fucking weapons, no fucking augs. Fuck me for falling for that mother fucking trap now I can never beat this god damn game. I don't have a gernade launcher. I'm stealth so I don't even carrry shit around. Fuck this. I'm so pissed off right now. Have probably died 50 times and row. Loading screens make me want to kill myself. Tried to do that one hit take down, but you can't when you have no fucking batteries.
Sigh. Hopefully I unleashed all the pent up anger I had and am now relaxed enough to take on the fight.

If you didn't change biochips, just wait till he jumps over a wall and punch him. No joke. One Hit.
That never worked for me. When I punched him he countered and ended up killing me.
Ughhh...Finally caved in and switched the difficulty to easy. Killed the ass hole on my first try, but it still took awhile.
The trick is to not go to the LIMB clinic upon returning to Hengsha.
But I think it's too late for that by the time you get to the fight.
