Human Revolution is the third game in the Deus Ex series, a prequel where players take control of augmented security officer Adam Jensen, and investigate attacks against Sarif Industries, a leader in augmentation technology.

Anyway I've got to say I really dig the visuals of the game so far. Combat looks a little better then before though still questionable. As for the perspective stuff I think it's only 3rd person when you're using stealth by taking cover behind objects and or during melee sequences.
Looks good to me. Glad there seems to be a good deal of choice in how you go about things. One complaint would be the tight FOV, which is hopefully adjustable on the PC.
I don't see how people can complain about it's art style? I think it looks amazing and very fitting for the environment and the time it takes place in. But there are still the folks who are screaming "Why is it all Sepia!" Even though they've named the color theme Gold and Black.
This game is gorgeous, and if folks can't see that, then I pity them.

Agreed. It looks like they ripped it straight out of Blade Runner and that's for damn sure is a positive to me.
Human Revolution looks so goddamn amazing it's almost hard to believe. It looks like they've got the cyberpunk aesthetic absolutely perfect here. I love the art design and the color palette; it makes for a fantastic atmosphere. The combat is looking really tight, as well, which is good news, since combat was never really the series' strong point.
This is by far my most anticipated game of next year.
I'm not a big fan of the strange UI ammo element on the gun. Oh, and you're still holding the gun with your both hands when dragging someone o.o Other than that, I'm really looking forward to this.
Its looks to have everything they promised, and, if I'm entirely truthful, I don't hold the original in as much reverence as others.
Even at the time it was ugly as sin, with muddy washed out colours, the world was cold as hell and the only characters worth caring for were Paul and Tong and it had fairly janky shooting.
Saying that, I still love the game. It played really well in other areas, and the amount of freedom in going about missions (I must have replayed the first mission 20 times just trying different ways) was awesome.
If DE:HR improves upon the aspects which needed changing, but retains the core gameplay mechanics, its going to be an absolute screamer.
