I've been replaying this game, and the augmentations and aug upgrades are pretty hard to find. It doesn't help that some levels have them and some don't. Also, because there are so many alternate paths and different ways to approach every situation, it is easy to miss areas of the game completely. I managed to get through the first few levels of the game with only finding the augmentation in the liberty level. I'm also not sure how useful some of the augs are; the only one I've used a bunch so far is the light. I just got to Hong Kong, so maybe now that I'll be facing tougher enemies they will become more useful. The regeneration mod seems great, and a couple others seem like they might be useful for being stealthy. I'm sorta regretting picking silent running instead of the super jump one, though. Overall, I would say this game plays extremely well for a ten year old game. I'm remembering why I--and so many others--consider it to be on of the greatest games of all time.
