Blizzard President Mike Morhaime: "I think there is a pretty good argument to be made that that type of game might work very well on consoles."
Though it was really just a hypothetical, academic answer without any kind of confirmation or announcement by Morhaime, it would be pretty great if this was to happen.
My computer is a bit behind the curve.

Diablo 3 Could Come to Consoles
Roguelikes like Diablo rarely work out well on consoles. it's a bit like console RTSs. Using a skill at range would probably be useless as hell.
All in all, this TYPE of game(not saying this itself) only really works for the PC and(to a lesser extent) the DS. it's because you need to be able to click quickly and accurately.
"I don't understand why consolefags feel the need to have every game on their system. So that I can play them?

Blizzard games are pretty lenient on specs, work one day a week for minimum wage and upgrade your PC in a month."
I admire your attitude. I think there is tremendous advantage to defining myself by the brand of electronics I play pretend games on and criticizing all other brands of electronic game machines.
Furthermore, your advice to simply stop being poor was so profound an epiphany that I ran right out and did exactly that! My only problem at this moment is that now I am running low on money bags in which I keep my money. Does anyone know where I could find some?
Your cost cutting strategy of living with your parents is brilliant financial planning and I encourage other Giant Bomb members to do so. Mo' Money fo Vidya Gaaames!!
Your comment was a revelation, sir! I encourage you to do infomercials and to book appearances on the talk show circuit.
Please, share your gift with the world. I humbly beg.

Anyway, back on topic: I didn't play Too Human, but I have heard its control scheme described as one Diablo should emulate if it ever came to the current generation of machines. (Leftstick to move, right stick to direct attacks, face buttons for skills)
What do you guys think?
Considering I never used any hack for Diablo II (that includes stuff as map hack), if the game is exactly the same on console, I might get it for them. I loved D1 on consoles, and specially if it offers offline cooperative as the first, that would be amazing.
