It's always been like this. They mean they're working on adding all the items stats to their website, not that they're changing the stats of the items in game.

confirmed, they removed the stats during the closed beta and they have not put them back yet

Quick question. Is it worth mulching orange Legendary items for mats? I've been mulching all of my blues and some yellows, but it seems like it may make more sense to try my hand at the AH for the legendary items. What do you get out of them if you have the Blacksmith salvage them?

I wouldn't know, I never touched the auction house or found any legendary item, but if I had to guess, it's probably way more profitable for you to take it to the auction house.

@Strife777: I only had one, a 2-hand axe that dropped for my monk. Completely useless. Been sitting in my bank until I figure out what I want to do with it.

@onan: your call really. I cant get anything to sell on the AH. And I don't even ask for crazy prices. It might pick up more later when the game has been out a while. Hard to say.

Sell it, sell it, sell it.

Legendaries already sell on the AH far above the price then their actual stats dictate.

People should not even be breaking down blues/yellows for mats. It's actually more profitable to even vendor the items and just buy the mats on the AH if you are so inclined. Never mind putting up good rares on the AH.

I have yet to see a Legendary item drop for me. My friend got a armor piece, but thats about it. Now that im tackleing Nightmare maybe i will see one?
