Hi guys, I received my collectors edition of Diablo 3 today (yay), and in it came 2 guest passes for Diablo 3. I guess these give access up to the Skeleton King, much like the beta did but data progress is saved so if you come to the conclusion that you like it you can buy the game and just keep on rolling.

If anyone is interested in trying it out and nabbing one of the keys feel free to pm me, i'll make another post if and when they're gone.

who hasnt bought it already ? ehehe .. is that a bonus only in retail copys or what? i have a digital copy.. but i wouldnt mind giving my friend no excuses to give it a go. hope i get one .. obviously you should save yours for someone more desperate

I'd love to try it out. I've always been a console players but have been thinking of giving pc gaming a try.

All gone now guys. I believe those guest passes pop up in all boxed copies of the game so they should be out there a lot soon.

@Spoonman671 I got my collectors edition from Gamestop.co.uk, jumped on that as soon as they had them up back in March, was a bit cheaper than the norm too at £55. Think they're gunna be hard to find at this point anywhere.

Oh man, mine hasn't shipped from Amazon yet. Man I really hope they ship it OnTrac, I'm usually the lost stop for UPS.

Some stores will ship preorders early to not miss the release date so some people get them ahead of time when the delivery is fast.

Doesn't matter for Diablo 3 you still need to wait for release date for Blizzard to authenticate your copy and let you play on their servers.

well why is Amazon not doing it? I don't have super shipping or w/e and I ordered like a month ago... but I probably won't get it on release date right?

some people on the official forums have mentioned that since the beta closed they have access to a "starter edition" in their account management section. Its good to know that i have the tools i need to convince real life friends to join up and play.

Doesn't really matter when you preordered, it depends entirely on the store when they decide to ship it (if they do) ahead of time, and on the delivery service.

I don't order from Amazon so wouldn't be able to say.

Maybe some other GB will be able to tell you from their experience :)

Everything I've ordered from Amazon with release date shipping has arrived on release date. You won't get it earlier, but I'm sure you'll get it on the 15th(assuming you're in america)

Must suck sitting there with a copy of Diablo 3 and not being able to play it til midnight-ish Monday night.

Oh wait, I pre-ordered on bnet and downloaded tne client, so I'm in the same boat.

I received mines from Amazon yesterday but I live in the UK, so that's probably why I got mines a bit earlier. I also have a guest pass if anyone is interested in taking it.

I have never played a Diablo game before and I don't really know what to expect. If anyone can give me a guest pass then I would appreciate it alot, really want to know what all the fuss is about

Anyways.... I would be very thankful if anyone could provide me with a EU guest pass so I can see if my laptop(my only gaming pc...) can run it smoothly enough to let me know if I should buy it or not. Thanks in advance.

I would happily take a guest pass. My only computer is a several year old Mac and I'd like to know that the game can run well before buying it.

If anybody has a guest pass, I would greatly appreciate it. I have a 3 year old thinkpad, which isn't great for games. It did run Torchlight and Super Meat Boy okay, but those are sort of famously not very intensive. I'd just rather not sink the money on something that I don't know works.

I would love a guest pass, my bank account is reeling after shelling out $2k to get new copper pipes to my AC system.

An extra guest pass would be greatly appreciated.

Blizzard CE's sell out FAST usually. Especially a good one like this. I pre-ordered mine all the way back in November to ensure i'd get one. I even thought about just keeping it wrapped and selling it later on. But decided I need me a soulstone USB drive.

My brother works at Best Buy and he was able to get one a bit ago with no problem

I would also love to have a guest pass. On the fence about buying it but I don't want to take the leap until I know it handles decently on my Mac. I read something about blizzard making a trial of it later, but I want to know now.
