Just how many legs does Wirt have?

Well a couple of hours in and look what I find in the Den of the Fallen:

Definately holding on to this for a while.

Interestingly enough the Den of the Fallen area never spawned for me randomly in the beta, but spawned both times in retail.

That exists as an item in Hellgate London and in WoW.
