    The Diary of Faces is a 16-page AR book that comes with every copy Spirit Camera: The Cursed Memoir. By pointing the 3DS at the diary, the pages come to life and the spirit world merges into the real world. At certain points in the game, the player will be asked to find certain pages within the book, which will progress the story.
