Banjo-Kazooie
Dingpot in a way, is the character that starts of the Banjo-Kazooie franchise, if it wasn't for him none of it would have happend. Banjo-Kazooie starts off with Grunty boasting about her "Fantastic" looks, Dingpot agree's, but then says there is just one person with far greater looks than her. Grunty is infurated and demands to know who this person is, Dingpot reveals that it is Tooty, Banjo's sister that is that one girl. Grunty then sets off on a rampage and sets off to capture Tooty.
So the the game takes its course, Grunty kidnaps Tooty and trys to stel her looks by means of technology, however Banjo and Kazooie win her back in a quiz show type event. Grunty hides up ontop of her tower and belives that the Bear and Bird have no way of reaching her, but at the base of the hole that leads up to the top of the tower sits Dingpot. Dingpot decides that he would rather aid the Bear and Bird instead of the witch, as she treats him poorly. Despite Gruntys threats Dingpot helps Banjo and Kazooie and they jump inside him and he shoots them off to the top of the tower.
Banjo Tooie
Dingpot is not seen again untll the very end of Banjo-Tooie at the base of the laser gun in Cauldron Keep. He does not transport them up to the final fight as like before, but if you jump inside him you get a full refil of your feathers and eggs etc. How he came to be up here is a mystery though, as Grunty did not take Dingpot with her when she first left Spiral Mountin. Nor is it known why Grunty trusted him again after he betrayed her before, and again he does as she does not wish.
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts
Grunty has learnt her lesson with Dingpot in the years that passed, when her body is restored and her new veichle is given to her, Dingpot is the seat in this veichle. He never talks, nor does he jump and nor does he try and fly by flapping his handles as he has done before. But he moves his eyes and eyebrows and occasionally opens his mouth.
